“Christian View of Mind/Body Self-Care”
Experience for the first time or deepen your practice of stress-busting self care practices. Cultivate mindful awareness, practice meditation, movement and other self-nurturing experiences within a spiritual milieu. Participants will consider the importance of mindful eating, the relationship of thoughts and health, biology and beliefs, the role of spiritual contemplative practices and earth consciousness.

“SOUL SISTERS” with Edwina Gateley
Edwina Gateley will do dramatic readings from her book of the same title. Anna, Elizabeth, Martha, Mary and Mary Magdalen will take on new life and meaning for we contemporary women as we look deeper into the stories of our sisters and make connections for women today. These women from our scriptural tradition will become our friends, companions and soul sisters who will strengthen us on our own journey! Edwina is an internationally known speaker, author and lay minister who delights, informs, inspires and challenges her listeners to move into prophetic thinking and action in order to effect positive change.

Weekend Retreats
These weekends provide an opportunity for women to spend
some time re-focusing their spirituality in the company of other
women. Each weekend experience provides conferences,
Mass and an opportunity for Sacramental Reconciliation.
March 7-9, 2008: Retreat facilitator will

April 18-20, 2008: Retreat facilitator will
be Father Jim Lauducci
June 6-8, 2008: Retreat facilitator will
be Gloria Ulterino and Women Of The Well
Each retreat opens with dinner on Friday
evening at 6:00 and closes by 11:00 a.m. on Sunday.
Check in on Friday is anytime after 4:00 pm.

WOMEN’S VISIONING CIRCLE FOR INNER GROWTH AND SPIRITUAL EXPLORATION
Sister Mary Ellen Curtin, CSJ and Laura Riposo-Hackney, LMT, CST offer this experience for
women to explore who we are and who we want to be; to connect with our
feminine spirit; to do some visioning in order to be open to the possibilities of new life, spiritual
growth and transformation. The time promises to be fun and renewing.
Sr. Mary Ellen is director of Earth Weaver Learning Center and spiritual guide in
developing evolutionary consciousness and eco-spirituality. Laura is an experienced massage
therapist, energy healer, Reiki Master and instructor of Integrated Energy Therapy. Friday evening 6:00 (dinner) and all day Saturday
